Mid Century Rhinestone Belt Buckles Vintage Fashion Sewing Notions.
Both pieces are in fair condition, no missing stones. Rectangle piece measures approx. 2 3/4" x 2 1/8", the circular piece is 2 1/4" diameter.
Not sure what the circular piece actually is (belt/dress embellishment?), the base metal is brass.
