Piece is in sturdy but poor condition. Its base has dried and split in several places, the felt foot pads are worn away, base also has a lot finish wear scuffs and missing paint finish in areas.
The barrel has tarnish oxidation all around.
Base measures approx. 11 3/4" square, overall it stands 9 3/8" high, barrel is approx. 7 3/4" diameter.
